Today, July 5th was unusually busy at Longo Toyota, so even tho I had a 9:45 appointment my Prius was not processed til 10:30. Jeff said my car should be ready about 2pm. I called him about 2:15 to find out the status of my car. It needed new tires which he said would take about 45 minutes. That time came and went. I called again and he said it was on a test drive and it would be soon. A half hour went by and I called again to ask when it would be ready.
All told I was at your facility over 6 hrs. I would have appreciated updates from Jeff instead of me having to call him over and over.
