Making an appointment seems to not matter in time of service. Even with an appointment at 12pm. I was quoted 2 hours. Which is no big deal in my opinion. But when it took 3 hours in total from start to finish with an appointment, it starts to seem absurd. On top of that to find out afterwards that the car wash was down was just an added disappointment to the entire experience. I dont believe it was matt fault in any way but just overall experience kinda just sucked.
