Danny is an amazing service manager. He is honest, not pushy, and extremely knowledgeable. He always treats others like they are his only customer, I hope that he is well taken care of because he is an asset to your company!

I was so disappointed with the shuttle service.
It took me almost an hour to get home which should have been at least 10 to 15 minutes.
And pickup time was scheduled for 10:30 and I wasn't picked up so they sent an Uber a little after 11 am.
Today was my only day off and it was wasted by the transportation to and from my home to the dealership.
I'm not a satisfied customer.
Service at 7am but shuttle service doesn't start until 8am.
People have things to do .
It was totally a day wasted for me.

I had an appointment at 9:00am when I got there Longo was much more busier than usual due to the upcoming holiday(which I forgot about) that being said I was worried I would be there a LONG time, however Mr. Chung estimated my vehicle would be ready around 10:30. I was surprised when then called my name about 10:45!! BRAVO Longo EXCELLENT customer service! I’m a happy camper!
