Yes, although I brought the car with the check engine light on, but turned off at arrival. It’s frus when you bring the vehicle in to have it checked and nothing is found. Next week, the light turned on again and on the way to the dealership, it turned off.

Emily, did excellent job with making sure I had a good experience with my service at Longo. She keep me informed with what the service technician found with tire constantly going flat and gave me options to help resolve my issue. I spent 7 hours there that day because tire was not in stock but one was picked up at a local supplier and eventually tire was replaced and I was sent on my way.

Was expected to do service #A for 30k mile regular maintenance. It is a larger maintenance which cost about 250 written all over Toyota care ads. Usually is really cheap. The service rep at the kiosks checked me in quickly, however quoted me a $609 paper to sign which includes service A,B,C,D,E,F before checked by a tech. After I refused, I was offered a discount trying to close the sale on me. I understand there are commissions involved , but it was just not a honest and comfortable experience. The majority population in the area are not English speakers, I wonder if that explains it. Booked my apt for 11am, car was ready after 5pm. The wait time seems pretty consistent at longo Toyota. I’m planing on getting a Lexus suv and heard about their excellent customer service, but the longo experiences is really pushing me back every time.
