I brought my car in for a recalll on Saturday and Albert noticed that I had an appointment the following day for 20M mile service. He was able to schedule the 20M service on Saturday along with the recall so I wouldn’t have to go back to Longo on Sunday. Great customer service...he went over and above.

I had an appointment for 0715. I got there at 0645 to make sure I would be taken care of promptly. I ended up waiting over eight hours in the lobby for a job that shouldn't have taken more than two hours! I'm still very upset that my appointment ment nothing and I waited so long!

Bought a used car from Longo. As I am planning a road trip I took into Longo for oil change and some other services. Found out when I picked up my car that they did everything but the oil change. It was explained that with synthetic oil it wasn't due yet. How would Longo know when the last oil change was. I found this to be frustrating not to mention I used 1 of my free services for just a tire rotation.

Kayla Santos was excellent, waiting well over 2 1/2 hrs for a oil change ****! Appointments are supposed to speed things up, i guess that is not in your definition of good service,or your clients don't realize that their time is also valuable and just accept it, well not me, your service lacks basic cluents interest.
