I made an appointment with Roy Wu to handle the service for both of my vehicles yesterday because he was so professional and helpful the last time i had a car serviced at longo. He was just as helpful and professional yesterday. He helped explain to me what the noises were that I was hearing and assured me they were normal. He also explained the services I was having on both vehicles. He just goes the extra mile and is very kind and patient. Please make sure that Paul LeBlanc sees this so he can see what a wonderful employee longo has.

I feel Longo was more keen on NOT doing right thing by not keeping me in loop regarding repairs. First the agent texted me stating all on track and at the very end informed me compressor has to be replaced and charged for the refrigerant recharge/refill. If compressor is bad then why recharge. I strongly feel Longo was not truthful. Your agent promised me car at 1.00 pm PT. I got the car 30 minutes after I inquired three times and almost 40 minutes AFTER I got the text stating car is ready. I have done all services at Longo since I purchased the car. Today’s experience was very very disappointing. Rather than answering my questions the agent/ Longo was more keen or arranging loan for repairs and monthly payments. I always considered Longo as much focused on answering customers questions but looks selling is a priority now. I expect a call back from senior management. You should have my details.
