Mr. Evangelista completed with dispatch the preliminary inspection and paper requirements for the servicing of our vehicle. That was after discussing things to be done in the course of a 35,000 miles maintenance service. He also advised and explained the importance of cleaning of the throttle body chamber and the flushing of brake fluid to which I agreed to have those done.
