Albert is always wonderful, which is why I always ask for him, because he understands what customer service is. "Customer service" isn't always just being nice (as everyone at Longo is) but also understanding the needs of the customer. If someone says they're in a rush, he understands that the person might truly be in a rush and is jot just trying to be difficult, for example.

I drove in with no appointment for 20k mile service. Kayla fully explained the service and the needed recall service and time frames. I will return for the recall when I have more time. I was in and out in less than an hour. I live near Pasadena but I always end up coming back to Longo.

I drop off my car for recall I don t get a loaner car plus they don t have the correct part to install to my car. They call me to pick up my car and bring it back when they have part. I took an uber back to the dealer to pick up my car. It's very disappointed. They didn t wash the car. I been to different dealer they wash the car except this dealer plus car didn t replace the air bag
Waste my time and feel like unprofessional service.
