The shuttle service is completely unreliable. I arrived at Longo at 10.30 AM and didn't get home until 5.30 afternoon. Spent most of the time waiting for a ride home and back to Longo. Why it took so long for my car to be serviced is beyond me. I've been going to Longo for years but after today I might go elsewhere.
