I had an appointment on 8-17-19 at 8:45 am for my 2007 Toyota Corolla airbag recall. I dropped my car at exact 8:45 and waited at the Center. Around 1:00pm, I received I call saying that the technician couldn't complete replacing the airbag due to the reason that they couldn't find the barcode. So I waited for another 2 hours for the paper work to be proceed. By the time I got to pick up my Toyota,
It was around 3:00pm. I felt so disappointed for having spending pretty much the whole day, waiting, and at the end, the airbag was not able to replace.
The associate, Ms. Kayla Santos was very patient and nice, she tried her best to answered my questions but the situation was out of her control. I am waiting for her call to let me know when the airbag ( I was told it is a back ordered ) will be coming so I can take my car in for the service again. I would be appreciated if I can speak to someone regarding the situation that was happening on this past Saturday. Thank you!

Cars with appointments should be top priority and for a simple maintenance a vehicle shouldn’t have been parked to the side for 2 hours before getting a anything done, which took 30 minutes to check the vehicle and a wash.
