This was my first service for this car, so there was little to do. But, I have owned several Toyota’s, and I have always been pleased by the service. This was no different. Everything top drawer.

The only complaint I had was the wait time to get to the service person. Upon arrival to Longo, I was asked to go behind a line of cars and waited 30+ min before someone attended to me. I was on time for my appt of 8:45am and I was attended to at 9:20! I even got out of my car and ask around but they just said it was a busy morning. That was the longest I’ve waited since my many services. Normally I was taken in within a few minutes. It’s not really a huge deal but I think this need to be looked at. At least have someone come over inform people of what is happening even it’s theres a delay.
Otherwise everything else was great. Alex was great and the shuttle person Debbie was wonderful to talk to.

teddy provides excellent service rep and is mandarin Chinese speaking. I watched while he positively helped 4 different chinese persons with providing service at longo. teddy does the extra effort using his chinese speaking and chinese social skills making people glad to bring their car to be serviced at longo. teddy makes people feel like they want to come back to longo. teddy gives a feeling of honesty and confidence that service was done correctly.
