When I was driving home from work yesterday, The tire pressure light came on on the car. I thought the pressure was too low, so then I inflated it using a portable inflator. Then I read the service report and saw that the mechanic had reduce the pressure to the correct amount for this car. However, why did the light come on when I was driving home yesterday? It scared me on the freeway. Then I called Longo Toyota and spoke to a manager on the phone. He told me I put too much air in the tires at that point. Which scared me more. Then, today I took the car to Hollywood Toyota to have them Inflate the tires to the proper level and reset my light. Not a great experience on a brand new car

outside of his control but getting an appointment for 7 and having to wait 20 mins to get to the Service Desk was annoying. Didn't see any point in having an appointment if I still had to wait a while in a single line. If there was an appointment only line, it wasn't visible

I am a loyalty Toyota customer and been purchased at least 3 cars with longo Toyota, since I purchased a 2018 sienna and the car only runs 8k miles and happened with groaning noise and the service department told me that is not their responsibility and I have to pay for inspections, that is redicuous and I am really not happy with the service this time and I have to call Toyota customer service myself to find out the problem.
