I went in for an oil change and Roy quoted me a estimate over $60. I let him know I came in for the service special of $35. He asked for the coupon and I told him I'll go home and print it out if it will save me $20. Showed him the service special on my phone. I wants made to feel like I was an inconvenience instead of a valued customer. The rest of my interactions with Longo employees were great. Not sure if he was busy and hope it's an aberration since all my other times were great.

I got the VIP wash and was a little disappointed that a spot on the rug wash not cleaned. The drink caddy was not cleaned and passenger seat was not vacuumed. Otherwise, a great experience. ????
