I asked Jimmie if the alarm technician can check my alarm works and the wires could have been cut. My alArm was fine. I was planning to pay for159.00 for diagnostic fee. In stead, Jimmie offered a detail service for the same price and using my reward points. I agreed. When I picked up my car, I was more than HAPPY! I always wanted to do detailed service some day.
