I had to wait long time drop off the car . There were 15 cars in front of me in the queue. I had appointment as well. Your deliver y process is very slow and frustrating after we get notified on service completion. Someone needs to check durations and delays in overall process. Did not call to update me on my car. Did not give courtesy call to let me know that he was leaving for the day and his partner would be taking over as the service advisor (who did call me). Did not pass message on to his partner that I was concerned about my brakes and I had to ask about it during the call when his partner called me.
