On March 11, 2019 I was approved for a dashboard replacement, the part came in on April 11, 2019 and I was never contacted. On September 10, 2019 I called Longo Toyota to find out the part was returned and needed to be reordered. Once the part came in my Toyota was repaired, but the time in between was horrible. Very poor communication.

And also it looks like some one put their grassy hand into the interior of the car, clase where you usually put the sticker for the next service. I went in when it was super busy and expected to he there for hours. Luna was super professional, kind and courteous. I was apologized to for the wait which he had nothing to do with. Good things take time so I understand. I was told it would he an almost 2 hour wait and it was only about 40 mins in total. I was very happy with my service.
