Poor service. Vehicle was not repaired as requested. After paying for repair and services I discovered that the vehicle was damaged the the initial technician. Obviously the vehicle was NOT test driven by the initial Longo mechanic.

Yes, they saved me so much money today. Emily was so nice and full of information. If she didn't know the answer she found out for me. I was confused when I got my oil change because I was told the full synthetic oil what's good for 10 months or 10,000 miles. The sticker they put on my car says 5 months or 5000 miles. I would like to know which one it is and I will try to call Emily tomorrow to find out.
