Car was promised at 11:30 am, received it at 12:05 pm. Was told to go to cashier only to be told there that my pickup paperwork was NOT ready yet. Autonation Dealership in Cerritos was closer but chose to drive to Longo hoping for better service. I was really disappointed. withe yhe service at Longo. On the fense as to whether I will ever take my car there for service again!!!! Longo needs to compensate me for my loss time!!! Perhaps a free synthetic oil change and tire rotation and hopefully when I go there again my car will be ready as promised!!

Noli was very helpful and professional throughout, but I did receive conflicting recommendations from the mechanics in the back. They had suggested that my brakes were getting low the last time I was here for service in June, but didn't mention anything about it this time. As I drove up, I waited a whole ten minutes before anyone acknowledged or spoke to me. I had made an appointment but no one seemed to care that I was even there. They went about their business like I wasn't even there. This customer service was unacceptable, and I may well stop coming here for service.

It took to long. I got there at 7:30. It took 3 hours to resolve my check engine light and tell me my car needs a new fuel cap.

While Mandy was polite and courteous you couldn’t ask for a better representative.. The price to repair the sliding door motor was exorbitant.
I believe the faulty wiring harness may have contributed to the failure of the motor. I was disappointed that it was not covered by warranty.

I’ve been coming to Longo for Three years. When I bought my FJ CRUISER, I went ; AAA AUTO INSURANCE the agent I had at the time told me to go too Longo Toyota & ask for Ryan Matthews . He told me I would always have the best service. And I have to say he was right ,best advice anyway could get. Ryan always gives extra , genuine cares remembers details from the last time I had me vehicle service. I had for two separate problems that had nothing to do with Ryan it was a Mechanical problem spoke with manager & made up the difference. I was complete satisfied, the issue was resolved. I would recommend Longo & Ryan to any of my friends. One things I notice with your employees , anyone I come in contact with everyone seems to enjoy there job & give excellent customer service.
