This survey only has two choice, yes, or no. There should be a the 3rd choice: “not so much” then let customer input there feeling, and the reason.
I’m not so satisfied with Su’s service today. I feel he is not honest, he tried to sell me other services that cost $500 that are not necessary per the inspection report I received after the service. He lied to me said that I need to wait for more than 3 hours, no matter I include the extra $500 service he recommended, in actually, without the $500 extra service, my service only took one hour! Besides that, I found my contact phone was incorrect, I told him to correct for me. He didn't, until 10 minutes later, I went back to him to told him again. I don’t like him to service me next time!!!!

I was informed the wait time was 4 hours. Received a call letting me know my car was almost ready and a headlight was recommended to change. I asked what time the car would be ready if the headlight was changed and I was informed that it would be ready by 4:20pm. Being that I had been waiting 4 hours I said no. 4:20came an my my name had not been called. I headed to the pay area to ask what had happened since I had said no to changing the headlight. The agent call and he was informed my car was ready and they were preparing the statement. He called for my car. My car was parked for about 15 minutes and my name had not been called. I asked again and the agent called to see what had happened he was then informed they had misplaced my paperwork and had a hard time finding it. When I got the bill I was not asked to review the charges prior to charging my card. I paid after almost 5 hours and then I realized my aaa discount was not applied. I headed outside to ask for my keys the gentleman said he would call for my car. At that point I was very frustrated at the fact my car had been sitting outside I pointed at my car and gave me the key. I was not happy with the problem solution and owning the problem. Thank you
