Very satisfied with the service work completed. Dropped off the car for 2 recall corrections. When the appointment was scheduled the Longo representative was told the correction needed in order to register the car. The representative also told a “proof of corrections” was needed in order to register the car. My husband was told he would receive the proof of corrections after the service. Upon picking up the car I was given the receipt of work performed. I asked if there was anything else that could be given to me. I told the cashier that I needed to show proof of the recall corrections in order to register the car. The cashier (I believe it was Bo) said that the only certificates they were giving out was for the Corolla corrections. I asked if the receipt would be sufficient to register the car, he said “yes” if there was a problem, they can call Longo (thought that was kinda weird because the DMV wouldn’t call, but thought that I went with it). I left with the car. I told my husband I was not given anything other than a receipt . He called and spoked with Johan, who said there was in fact a “proof of corrections “ that we could have been given. He was told to come back to Longo to pick up the “proof of correction”. Johan did give me a call (as my number was left as a contact number to pick up the car) and told me where I can pick up the “proof of corrections” and he did was apologetic for the misunderstanding. I came back to Longo and picked up the “proof of corrections “ from Kayla, who was also apologetic. Everyone was great. It was just annoying to have asked for something specifically that was needed, to be told it doesn’t exist, then to be told it does exist, and i have to come back to pick it up.
