I did not receive the discounted price for the oil and filter change that was emailed to me by Rob Maguire
And the check maintenance light that was on the dash , I didn’t realize that it had not been reset
So last night I had to drive to my daughters house 39 miles away and it’s reset it but it the instructions that the girls from Longo Toyota gave me didn’t work, so I had to use a YouTube video and then it was reset
It was a 1 Hour Dr. there and 1 Hour Dr. back to reset the light
Originally the day I took it in I did my daughter a favor by with my wife and I drove to her school in Pasadena and well my wife and her worked together at her room, I took your car into Longo
Although Longo seems to have very friendly people, the price was not right the light wasn’t reset and then when I was asked for the procedure the wrong procedure was given to me, very unhappy
