I went to LongoToyota at 10/03/2019 to repair my telephone connection equipment, which was installed at 6/25/2019, installed for about 3 months because the telephone connection was not needed to repair, repaired and picked up the car at 5 p.m., and returned home to find that the box buffer for the glasses failed, Because Toyota is off duty, I went to Longo Toyota at 7:50 am at 10/04/2019 to find the repair department, but the maintenance staff have been looking for an excuse that the buffer equipment failure was not caused by them, my glasses box around them to remove the stains left by loading and unloading, but the maintenance staff have been looking for excuses to remove responsibility They asked me to change a new glasses box at my own expense until 8:40 did not give me a solution, maintenance staff have been saying that their repair records do not have a record of unwrapping the glasses box, they can not because I do not understand their process and push off responsibility, I hope longoToyota can give me a solution to the problem
