I'ts been 4 days since my service, and I've had to return. It appears like the under carriage was not screwed in properly and is causing some sort of noise while i drive. I came in today, Tuesday Oct 4th, and waited for 20 minutes before anyone even noticed me parked in the service lane. Is there some kind of shift change at 4:30 that makes it so that no one is available at the service line , despite being relatively empty, is unattended? For all the extra money it costs to get service at the dealership, i expect better than this.
