Made appt. for 11:15 am. Was told service was busy and will take 3 hrs. I decided to wait in the lounge. I was there Til 5 pm! There Really was no valid excuse. My first call was after 3 hrs. No answer, but a voice message said you have 100 techs. at work on the cars and it should be completed under 1 hour on Mon-Fri. I recommend you remove that message. It gives customer the wrong message, causing bad feeling on top having to wait longer than was told. There was no courtesy call informing me there was a delay. I called 3 time to see if my car was ready! This should not be happening for a company bragging they give excellent service.

Mr. Chung was excellent. However, the wait for my car after the paperwork was complete was inordinately long, over an hour. That was unacceptable. Once a vehicle is done, there shouldn’t be that long if of wait to get your car. Very disappointed considering I got there as a walk-in at about 11:00 am, paid by about 4:00 pm and didn’t get my vehicle until about 5:45 pm.
