The only thing I didn’t like was that the tap of one of my tires fall off when I started to drive into a bigger street. The technician should be more careful checking every tire.

I left work I think it it will only be 15 minutes I was there for about 15 minutes waiting like a goddamn idiot the first person that help me was on his cell phone the other gentleman was speaking to I don’t know if Pills has family members or who it was I was there for a good hour.I tried to talk to the first person that called me and he completely ignored me he literally turned his back towards me because he was on his phone so no not happy not happy at all **** him and **** the other guy it’s an acceptable it took all my courage to not yell

Andrew was fantastic! My Camrys wheel was damaged but under warranty. He ordered me a new one and had it replaced. He was so apologetic that the part would not be in the same day. So he set me up with a rental car for 24hrs. Andrew was in constant communication with me and informed me when the wheel arrived the next day to give me time as to when my car would be ready! I live an hour plus away from Longo but chose to do the drive because of the excellent service I receive every time I visit. Thanks and cudos to Andrew and all at Longo! Have a blessed year!
