Noli is very helpful. He gave me all the details what to do to fix my problem step by step. He called and update me after inspection and suggested me what should I do and why including the total price.

I was unhappy with my experience overall @ Longo Toyota. Within the first 2 mins of my arriving & explaining why I was bringing my car in, Mr. Su tried to convince me to “come back another day”. Even thou this was my 2nd time returning for the same issue. This was followed by a number of incorrectly communicated incidents that are a direct reflection of the poor organization & direction of this dealership as a whole. I would not return.
