Service advisor Ethan Su was very helpful and informative. However, the waiting time for the oil change service was way too long and unacceptable - 10 to 14:58! Also, the card for shuttle service shows 7:30am-3pm; however the rep told me that they stopped dispatching when I called them at 14:20 for a shuttle going back to Longo. This is ridiculous. It’s unlikely that I would go back to Longo for future car service or to recommend Longo to friends. Unless situation gets better?
