She was great. She came up to my car with in a few minutes, even on a Sunday. In past times other Service writers make me wait 20-30 minutes before coming up to me. She was better the most of the other Service Writers at Longo.

My hood was open and I drove into the freeway. I had to pull over near the 605/10. Not the 1st time I get bad service. I live near and last time I though it was a common mistake but my hood open is something that is dangerous and should not happen. So disappointed ??

I went there thinking then my car will be wash but at the end of the service I realize it was in Wash normally when I go on Saturdays there comes up come out very clean so I was not happy about that and I don’t understand why they shouldn’t tell me at the beginning that I was not Carwash available but thank you anyways

Was told over the phone that my vehicle was due for service. Made an appointment just to be told I would have to pay for the service. The service manager was nice enough to wave the fee and grant the oil change. Was told it would take an hour and a half. Came back, Jeffrey was not around and all other workers were not helpful. It was now 11:45. By the way my appointment was at 9:30 a.m. My car was not returned to till 12:15, almost three hours later. To top it off the oil change was never done so why the HELL did it take so long to return my vehicle??? I just wanted the grt the hell out of this place. I will not consider purchasing another vehicle from Longo.
