However, I have been receiving excellent service from Gregg’s team member, Johan Ramirez, over the last several visits. Today he was able to finish my car much earlier than originally promised. He and his Longo team are the reason I come back every time to Longo and I highly recommend your dealership service to everyone I know who has a Toyota or Lexus.

The Store Manager.Service Manager Matthew and Andrew all great go way out of my way to visit this dealership because they are the very best.From my house to this dealership I drive past a lot of Toyota dealerships and I have one about 15 minutes from my that I don’t trust they are one of the worst in California.I hope that tells you how much I think of Longo.Keep up the good work.I hope that Toyota motors reads this review.It took me over two hours to get home today so maybe that tells the story about how much I think about the people at this dealership

5 Hours for an oil change with an appointment, is more than ridiculous. No incentive to come back to Longo. After my service guy called to tell me my truck was ready I had to wait another hour to pay and finally get my truck. Unacceptable. My time is at premium but not by a longo Toyota’s Standards. Icing on the cake, I need a hose installed that had to be ordered and have to come back to wait again. Once my hose installed I will take my business elsewhere that values my time.
