The phone conversation wasn’t a pleasant experience. She was very direct and least helpful in explaining the problem. I have to dig from her about the problem. And the solution offered initially was that we have to pay for a battery in the spare key that was not never used. She eventually able to get it signed off by the manager, but the initial contact was not the best customer service experience. I know she can do better. Perhaps a wrong day that day?

Overall Diagnosis from technician standpoint was not satisfactory based off just reviewing a video and not trying to perform a thorough inspection of the vehicle for $150.00. Being that my car is 5 years old and accumulated 126K miles the final verdict from the technician was a bad head gasket. I'm not really happy with that final result.
