I find it extremely annoying to receive both a call over the P.A., and a text stating my cars were ready we took my Camry, as well as my wife’s in to have them serviced today. I asked the girl in the building near the valet why are we being told the car is ready, then end up waiting another 15- 20 minutes before my car was pulled around.

I made an appointment and told the representative I would be waiting for the service to be done thinking it would not take longer than 2 hours. I received a text at the 2 hour mark saying the technician was backed up. The representative should have contacted me sooner knowing that I was waiting for my service. Had I known sooner that the tech was backed up, I would have gone home and returned instead of waiting 3 hours. I was even more frustrated when I was on hold waiti to speak to someone on how Much longer my service would be and the message had repeatedly stated that with appointment it would be 59 minutes or less. Very frustrating experience.
