The carwash machine is broken again. This is my 3rd services in the past 18 months that I own this car and I couldn't get my car wash due to machine is down every time I brought my car in. I think the machine is down for free maintenance services only.

Every thing was excellent as usual !!
But, and this is a suggestion—when they realized they were going to be 3-hours later than usual returning my vehicle to me, they let me know they are “understaffed “ and my vehicle would be 2 and 1/2 hours late: which put a great deal of pressure on me and the family members which were part of my afternoon schedule. At that point I would have taken my car back and re-scheduled my appointment on a day when you had a complete staff.
In the case yesterday I had no option. And was quite anxious trying to make othe arrangements. Very easy to do—involving the client in the schedule when there is a staffing problem. Otherwise as always I was treated quite well. Happy to see Irina Romanavskaya, my Longo sales person who remembers her clients and greeted me with “do you still live your Toyota? How are you ?”
Now that’s service.
