I made an appointment to come in at 1:30pm for an oil changed. Was given a promised time of 5pm that I would get my car. Then when 5pm rolled around Bruce gave me a call saying that my car hasn’t been serviced and a was running behind. So the dealer just kept my car there for 3.5 hours doing nothing? Mind you, that day was slow. People who dropped their car off after me even got their car. Yet mine was sitting in the back and got the oil changed when I was supposed to get my car back? I do not believe any oil changes takes beyond an hour to do. Especially when it wasn’t even that busy.
