2 things needed to done on my rav4. Race a roof molding and fix my ventilation gauges. Both reprsentive and tech verified intermittent failure at this time. Stated he would look into the matter. 5 hours later, states everything is working and recommends to come back when it fails again. I leave and get on the freeway, I decide to turn on vent system. It doesn't work period....Now I understand this is Christmas eve and the dealership is closing at 2pm. I just spent 5 hours waiting for repairs and and it doesn't happen. To tell me the that the tech pulled out the servo motor to test is a poor excuse. My dash wasn't touched since there is a coat of dust on it because it needs a cleaning. If this is how service is handled, I'm not sure if I want Longo to service my cars in the future.
