Martin was very helpful but my frustration was the time it took to service my car. My appt was at 10:30 I got there by 10:40 my car was promise to be ready by 2:30 but did not receive car until after 4 pm.

The service that was provided by Ethan Su was great. My issue was with picking up my car. I have to wait over an hour before I got my car. Everyone that came after me got their cars within 10-15 minutes. There was many cars they brought out that had no one waiting for them. I asked a couple of times on why it was taking so long and the explanation I got was there was a lot of cars. Not have with the valet.
