Andre was great. But when I received my car, the hood was not properly latched. I didn’t notice it until I was driving on the freeway. I called Andrea to let her know so she can inform the technician so the technician can me more careful with future vehicles. Hopefully she did. Thankfully my hood didn’t flip while driving on the freeway

Very professional and truly made my visit feel like I was a VIP. Everyone at Longo, service department, sales and now collision department have been very knowledgeable, understanding and kind. Dropped vehicle off for my 7 AM appointment for oil change and detail cleaning. Service Consultant Eric Chung, said just go pick up a loaner vehicle sounds simple enough. Go wait in line to find you did not send over the reservation, went back over to Eric to find out what has to wait to again until he finished doing another vehicle. Eric said ok now it’s in, go back to Enterprise wait there again, they tell me still no reservation. They tried to call Eric no answer. Went back to find Eric, once I found him, he said he had sent it over but with the wrong customer. After an hour was finally able to leave. There were other issues but tried on writing. If you are going to get service done, just stay with the basic stuff, they can do that. Anything else I would look around especially don’t use the detail service, it takes then about 9 hours.
