Could not tell what work was performed and actually completed and my vehicle was not washed upon completion. I noticed all other cars coming out had been washed, vehicle porter said car was washed, but I was not. Spoke with a service manager later that day to address my concerns. He said he would resolve it and offered to do a hand wash on my car at the next service.
