I waited 5 hours for an oil change and a 35,000 mile check up. 3 1/2 hours into my wait time I had to call the 800 number because I could not reach my service writer to find out what was going on with my car. At which time they told me that there was a leak in one of my tires and that it was being fixed and that the car would be out shortly. At the 5th hour of my wait I was finally able to speak with my service writer who knew nothing going on with my car. When I finally did receive my car the paper work indicating that the tires were fine and no work was done on them. Very dissatisfied with the service.
