He was very nice, but the service at the front desk where you get your vehicle was terrible. One of the young women in the front needs customer service training and should not be telling your customers “I don’t know that’s not my department.” When questioned further about helping she said I could call the number on my paper, instead of picking up the phone.
I was there 2 hours and 10 minutes for a 5000 mile check, the service specialist initially told me that it would take at most an hour. When I asked what is taking so long, a couple of employees just shrugged their shoulders. Very disappointed in the service. I know that the young man who helped me was trying to get my car and he was very apologetic, but it was not enough. Someone should’ve called me to tell me it was going to be longer than an hour. I would not have scheduled the visit at that time. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this service department.

Danny Guerrero was great however on my first delivery of my truck No Service Manager ever spoke to me about my vehicle in person. My 4Runner was supposedly fixed I got on the freeway and drove right back within 5 minutes terrified the breaks were not taking I had to practically push my foot all the way down to break. Danny felt it and gave my 4Runner to the Forman. Came back to pick up my car again & it seems? Ok. ? Friday morning get on my 4RUNNER and the lights all go on again. Same issue, No I’m not happy! My truck obvious isn’t fixed.
