A new radio needed to be ordered for the faulty one in my 2019 Highlander. Jeffrey Tsao was my service rep. He called me when it came in and we then had at least three calls trying to schedule an appointment to install it; one day I was available he said it was too busy. Another day was Sunday and he said they couldn’t do it on Sunday. Never did he tell me there was a deadline of 30 days or the part would be sent back! I finally got an appointment on Thursday, 1/30, took the day off work to get there, checked in, sat waiting, until I was called and told the part had been sent back on 1/17. My original appointment was 12/23. It took about a week for the radio to arrive and for Jeffrey Tsao to call me. The timeline would suggest the radio was sent back about 17 days after it arrived. A mistake is a mistake, but the fact that I lost a day’s work and was given no notice about this 30 day limit and that the part was sent back early combine to make for a terrible Longo experience. As a loyal customer of over a decade, I deserve better.

I don’t understand why the rewards weren’t being recorded or added to my truck. I know that I’ve been trying to correct this since the truck had been in for tailgate and windshield replacement. This was last year so I know that those points can’t be used for the service I had done yesterday but still I’m missing those. Anyway the last time before yesterday I complained about it and it was supposed to be fixed and it obviously wasn’t. I don’t know what is going on. Monty did help in every way he could. I was satisfied the way he handled the situation. It wasn’t his fault I was just so frustrated with the whole situation because I received a call the last time I was in and was told it was all in order now, that my points were added. Monty said there were no notes or anything confirming what I was trying to tell him. He asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and I didnt. I figured I’ve been through this twice so what good is it going to do. Monty went out of his way and spoke to the manager twice. He tried his best in fixing the problem. He did great.

More activity, choices of restaurant while waiting especially if it’s almost 2hrs of waiting. Or a shuttle that could drop client to nearest mall.
