Good service

Been coming to Longo for 10 plus years even when I lived in San Diego I would come to this location but this time by far has been the worst service I’ve received to date and it’s a shame. Emily and Bruce have no sense of customer service and any consideration for someone’s time. Emily never communicated any updates on my car I had to step away from work and try and hunt Emily down with calls and then tried to get a hold of her co worker Bruce. Finally got a hold of Bruce but he had no idea of what was going on with my car which shows a lack of communication between employees. Also he texted me at 620pm saying my car was ready to pick up and expects me to drop everything to make it by the 7pm closing. On top of that he never even mentioned anything about my headlights which was one of the three reasons I brought my car in for. Long story short Bruce also wanted me to drive my car at night without headlights. And never gave me viable options only kept trying to up sell me to convert my headlights to stock. Horrible experience and I was seriously considering never coming back to Longo again and blasting Long on yelp but the service managers Rob and Matthew turned everything around and actually showed empathy and presented options. Because of these two managers is the only reason I would still consider bringing my car back to Longo. I just hope Emily and Bruce can receive the proper training to provide a better experience for their clients and not tarnish the brand of Longo.

Today's visit could without hesitation be held up as an example of quality, professional, personal, considerate service. I also expect, from many years of experience with Longo Service, that it will prove to be competent (that is, very good for my car), as well. I look forward to getting my 2006 Camry serviced at Longo (where it was purchased) and stretching its miles: I am now at 232,000-plus, and it still is a pleasure to drive. The car is actually a blessing to me. Without diminishing the contributions of all the people involved - from the Christian lady who gave the car to me to Toyota's engineers and sales people and mechanics and many others - I will add that it reminds me of one of the proverbs of the Bible: "The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it." (Proverbs 10:22) That is how I feel about my car and the shape it's in, and I thank Mr. Eric Chung for being perhaps the best in a long line of excellent service advisors I have worked with over the last 13-or-so years at Longo. Here's to 250K and beyond!

Your service department had new tubes steps installed on my Tacoma hours before I was told it would be done. I am totally satisfied with my service experience for my brand new truck!
