Did not make any effort to perform the repair that was requested. When this was pointed out, after a 7 hour wait, he quoted a price and lead time without consulting a parts list or Bill of labor for the required operations the man is a walking encyclopedia who knows everything about every model of Toyota. I will not mention the price or lead time I was quoted as I know it was a up number but please have Toyota corporate replicate the number #breachof contract.

I was happy with my service advisor, but I was VERY disappointed that my replacement mirror that I paid close to $400 for was unpainted and therefore does not match my red corolla. When I had that same mirror replaced at a Toyota Dealer in the High Desert, my mirror was red and matched my car and cost less. I now have to pay more money to paint the mirror myself!! I felt so upset when I picked the car up and it had that awful looking black unpainted mirror that did not match my car. I feel embarassed driving my car like this. Its bad enough that my paint is oxidized and now this. The only reason I went ahead with the repair was because it was dangerous for me to drive without the mirror because I couldn't safely see to change lanes. I was not happy and not satified. I'm sorry to have to write this because I have always brought my car to Longo for Service and repairs since I bought it new there in 2006 and had always been happy and satisfied, but sadly not this time.

It took almost two hours just to top off fluids and rotate my tires. Katy was not friendly and she was cold. She did not seem to be empathetic when I asked her why it’ll take long if they won’t do the oil change that day. She seemed annoyed that I asked her if it’ll be quicker that time. Gave some reason about other cars being there too. My family’s bought almost all our cars from Longo but after that experience...that might change.
