Albert was great! He kept me updated on my car and made sure the technicians were hearing the same noise that my car was making when I drove. The only complain that I have was when I checked out with the cashier. Who driver who brought my car up had both front windows all the way open and the morning dew from the roof of my car got all my over the inside of my doors. The AC was also on and it was on low. It was already very cold in the morning, then I had to get into a cold wet car. I was very surprised by and dissatisfied with that driver.
