I left there feeling completely overwhelmed by all these little things the rep wanted to sell me, all the while my entire reason for coming in was hardly addressed and had no resolution. My check engine light had turned on, I was told they could check the log and find the source of the problem. They never did, he tried to mansplain me with a subject I knew much more about than he did with my car, and I still had to pay for the diagnosis that had no actual diagnosis.
In the meantime, I always reset my odometer after an oil change since my engine had been burning oil and I can say with certainty that the oil change I paid for was either not a full engine of oil, or not synthetic. It burned through the entire engine's oil in 750 miles. It should have lasted twice as long.
So I left there feeling ripped off, underwhelmed, and unsatisfied with the service.
This confirms my feelings that I have no need to return back there.
I go to Longo expecting a certain level of service. I get that it costs more than other auto repairs, which is fine if I can get that level of quality. However, when I go in and pay twice the price for half the satisfaction, what's the point?

Service was great, people were very helpful. My only issue is making an appointment As I was advised but it did not help at all. Toyota care line was there for car services either you have an appointment or not. It took almost half an hour just to go through the gate before leaving your car to the service manager. I thought having an appointment should have a priority.
