I am extremely dissatisfied
I picked up my car
On January 21
My floor mats were
left in the trunk
I had to look for them
When I got home
I found them
they were still wet
I had to go to a public laundromat
and dry them for 20 minutes
But today Friday the 24 of January
I opened my car trunk
and smells
Like mold
and my trunk mat is damp
And not dry
It smells like mold
I would not recommend this place to anyone
Or trust your services
Seems like the job was rushed
I had to rent a car because you stated
You wanted to take your time to do it right
I’d ask for another appointment
But I fear the subpar service I will be rendered

He approached me asking if I had been helped. I had an appointment but it seems not to matter. The service area did not look busy. It was just me and another car was behind me. People are busily walking around in every direction and yet no one asks if I need any assistance. That is until Ryan approaches. He was very personable and friendly. I’ve had my Toyota cars serviced at Longo for ten years and on the whole I’m satisfied but the initial part of the experience is clumsy and not very inviting!

I bought my car under 2 years and he charged me money to replace battery. I need a refund. He looked it up that showing Puente Hills Toyota changed the battery before selling the car to me in Feb 2018. So my warranty is not up until Feb 2020! Please take a look and let me know. Thanks
