I would have appreciated an explanation as to why the vsr 4 lo and other icon sensor lights were not turned off. Also, I would have appreciated a face to face explanation of the repairs necessary to fix the vehicle. With an estimate of over $7,000, this seems reasonable. I’ve had this courtesy given to me on other occasions.
