I always have my car service at Longo but it’s really disappointed me this time. Jimmy told me that it took 3 to 4 hours to complete the service but I did not received any call or text after 5 hours. I went to the service desk to ask, the lady told me that it would take another half an hour. When it’s finished, I found out that two of the items needed to be changed but Jimmy never called me. Or else I would ask him to change them. In the past, the tech always called me to let me know anything needed to be fixed or changed but this time, Jimmy has never contacted me at all.

The problem has not been properly diagnosed! The technician was very dismissive and just simply said we won’t be able to fix this issues and it’s normal, when I fact it had previos been diagnosed by a different technician! This had been an issue since before the warrant had expired, and it’s not a normal as it was noted! I’m very disappointment with the outcome of my visits!
