Very bad service, I’m very disappointed with the service, I went to my appointment at 9 am and he had told me that the car is going to be ready at 10:30 to 11:00, at 11 he called me telling me that they found a nail on one tires that I had to wait 30 more minutes and I told them not to remove the nail because I was going to take the car that way but by the time they told me they had already taken it out. They had sent me home with spare tire.

Martin Torrez was very helpful and professional, in the other hand your tire expert (I don't recall his name) was not. He approched me telling me I needed 4 tires that they were at their limit and had weather cracking on them. It would have been nice of him to show them to me before he took the car. I was explaining to him that I have purchased all of my tires at Longo Toyota and have only maintenance my car at Longo Toyota I asked him if he could check the last time I purchased tires,because I always purchase 2 tires at a time and they would put the front tires to the back. He immediately said I will check Costco and an other competitor to mach the price of the tires my reading shows you need 4 tires and walked away. At that point I called my husband who was waiting in the waiting room and told him about the tires and he responded it should only be 2 tires you always get 2 tires at a time. Your tire expert came back showing me the price difference my husband came over and asked him what do you mean she needs 4 tires she always buys 2 at a time. I was shocked once my husband mentioned it to your tire expert he asked Martin can you check when was the last time she bought tires? I felt discriminated. I gave your tire expert the same information he couldn't check when I purchased the tires when I let him know yet as soon as my husband gave him the same information he checked. I really felt discriminated against because I was a women. The search of when I purchased the last 2 tires showed they did not meet up to their life span and were pro-rated to 50%. I ended up purchasing 4 tires. I did speak to your tire expert and he apologized. I hope this does not happen to an other woman and that it can be used as a training example. I have been using your service since 2003 when I purchased my Toyota Camry that has 233,983 miles I Love and trust Longo Toyota as a disabled person I need to be insured my car is maintenance properly. Thank you
