Bruce was very nice. I felt like he’s the only service provider to fully detail what I needed to update on my vehicle. My record notes I had declined services the last time I went in, however they were never offered to me, but Bruce took his time explaining what the additional services would do, cost, and how they improved my car. He let me know my car was ready earlier than estimated. And he made sure to call back again to make me aware of the newest recommendations. Really appreciate his thoroughness!
