I did not have reservations, so I went 8:45am in order to be finished with in 4 hours for the services oil change and 4 tires change and alignment and clean throttle body chamber.
Unfortunately, in somehow reason, when I left Longo almost 3pm.
I was not expected wait at lobby for 6hours.
It was a little bit too much waiting for me 6hours at lobby.

Danny was very informative, polite,and freindly. However I don't believe that going over 1 month on a free replacement warranty from a new long Toyota battery could not be close enough to free replace a battery that longo Toyota replaced. Especially after waiting 4 hours. Hard to believe that longo Toyota battery quality is not good enough to last. And then after I am told by 2 people that they would run the car through the wash by the cashier & the person calling for the car,next the car attendendant who delivers car tells me sorry they must have closed the car wash for some reason. Not a good overall experience, longo was my go to dealer for all my services for several years, but now has me thinking differently...
